SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Account Executive sales position is someone who generates new corporate accounts through the tech industry by cold calling, prospecting, and networking. They uncover new business opportunities and close with urgency new accounts. This candidate needs to be energetic, outgoing, proactive, creative and have attention-to-detail with outstanding selling and networking skills.

Deliver regular status and result updates to internal and external teams. Identify new opportunities from within new accounts, partnering with the Business Development team to aid in increasing revenue. Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems.

  • You are flexible. Our successful Business Development Managers know when and where to be to create business opportunities and understand the importance of attending industry events and networking functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage new users to provide value around how users can be more successful with our current portfolio
  • Ability to establish and manage executive-level customer relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting
  • Ability to resolve complex problems
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline
  • Replace incumbent suppliers
  • Provide a consultative sales approach to clients
  • Be responsible for up selling programs, services, and value-added products to new accounts
  • Represent the company by consistently demonstrating the understanding and modeling of company’s mission and values
  • Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Military background preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
  • Ability and experience selling to Manager levels within the organization
  • Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
  • Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
  • At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A validated independent hunter & sales closer
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience operating HubSpot CRM or similar with integrated marketing
  • Ability and experience selling to all levels within the organization including the C-Suite level
  • The candidate will be strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset
  • Have well-established analytical and technical ability and experiences
  • Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans

(Colorado only*) Base salary is $62,500.00. You may also be eligible for variable incentive pay + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure per sb19-085 (8-5-201 et seq).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,058.00 - $150,000.00 per year
