Accounting/Tax Professional

Local accounting/consulting firm serving professional services clients located in central Indiana (and surrounding area), including targeted focus in the dental industry, seeking experienced accounting/tax professional.

Core Responsibilities:

· Analyze, adjust, and review QuickBooks financial statements for periodic financial reporting and tax return preparation

· Analyze, adjust, and review Bookkeeping financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis

· Manage client relationships, lead client meetings, and provide business and tax consulting services (Based on experience)

· Review and sign tax returns (if CPA licensed)

· Develop and train staff

Education: Bachelor of Science in Accounting, CPA preferred

Experience: Minimum 5-12 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $75,000 - $150,000/year

Requirements:

• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge of payroll and payroll taxes
• Understanding of business and individual tax
• Adept at multi-tasking
• Works with minimal supervision
• Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize
