Leader in Dental Practice Management Company seeks Full-Time, Remote Business & Data Analyst with knowledge of business, dental, and analyzing practice trends against key industry benchmarks.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be passionate and skilled in analyzing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual trends within the dental practice related to numbers.
• Working knowledge of human behavior and the stages of transformation
• Willing to learn and understand the NextLevel Practice methodology to best understand trends and outcomes of clients utilization of program
• Supports directly to the department manager
• Loves & thrives working daily with spreadsheets
• Gathering trends in key areas and input to report card style format for clients to receive known value of program success
• Understands how to read & analyze a Profit & Loss statement
• Can review and analyze weekly tracking reports, ROI’s, and agreements, to determine where clients need to be coached, consulted, or trained and increase profitability within the practice
• Able to take routine data and find key areas of opportunity, then produce reports and communication to the department manager
• Committed to over-delivering and “finding a way” to accomplish what needs to get done
• Must be passionate about health and wellness and be interested in working closely with a healthcare thought leader
• Ensure clients report in their numbers monthly on time into company data base to track their Return on Investment.
• Have the desire to work on a “we vs. me” team of passionate, mission- driven pros that make each other better every day

Requirements:

• A degree in business or technical, computer science (or equivalent knowledge and/or experience) is preferred.
• Must have knowledge and experience with analyzing business information and gathering data and be able to identify opportunities for reporting improvement.
• 2 or more years in accounting or business management related.
• 1 or more years of experience working in the dental or clinical related industry is preferred.
• High level of written and oral communication skills.
• Highly skilled at Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Expert at Google Docs/Sheets
• Knowledgeable at analyzing a Profit and Loss statement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 base per year
