Interim Controller - Santa Ana, CA
This is an ONSITE interim project while someone is out on leave with the potential to become permanent. Not-for-profit experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in structuring procedures to increase efficiencies
- Assist in hiring Accounting manager and staff accountant
- Train current and additional staff
- Assist in creating training manual
- Assist in creating policies and procedures manual
- Assist with implementing new AP automation software
- Possibly assist with implementing new ERP
- Other responsibilities as needed
Experience:
- A minimum of 5+ years not-for-profit at a Manager level
- GAAP Accounting
- HUD grants
- Restricted and non restricted funds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
