Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about all STATE FARM INSURANCE & FINANCIAL SERVICES product options.
• Develop new insurance clients leads using various self developed methods and leads our agency provides, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market & sell all STATE FARM products.

Requirements:

• Willing to learn, Coachable, with a Positive attitude
• Attention to Detail, Strong Time Management and Follow up skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Property and Casualty & Life and Health license required

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
