Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Desk Support Services for one of our clients.

Position: Service Desk Support Services
Location: Atlantic City, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: Fulltime

This office-oriented role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks such as telephone answering, desk staffing, copying, data entry, regular cyclical report generation, distribution, pre-defined task execution, and processing work order requests into either the Archibus Facility Management System or the Configuration Accounting Information Retrieval System, based on the workorder type.

Responsibilities:

• Accept and process requests from customers via telephone, email, and walk-up, which may include air shuttle reservation, telecommunications requests, maintenance request, etc.
• Familiarity with Archibus Facilities Management Software (AFMS) and Configuration Accounting Information Retrieval System (CAIRS) preferred
• Process requests using either of these software applications, following organizational business processes
• Research status of existing requests and revise or cancel requests as necessary.
• Capture detailed metrics of activities in real-time to include in Monthly Metric Report.
• Provide monthly reports in digital format.
• Address response time and dispatching during general hours of operation in a timely manner. Requests received during off hours will be addressed as a priority at the start of the next business day.
• Utilize alternative methods (i.e., Microsoft Excel) for temporarily recording customer requests during any planned or unplanned software outage, which must be entered into the appropriate software system upon restoration.
