Our Disability Support Services Group Homes program has immediate openings for Direct Support Professionals to join our diverse team and provide compassionate care and supervision to our adult residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our dedicated team of professionals ensure that our residents are able to integrate into the communities they reside in, implement positive behavioral supports and behavioral plans and ensure that our residents are able to enjoy a warm and nurturing living environment where they are kept safe and are encouraged to learn and grow. Our Direct Support Professionals are an integral part of the the team and ensure that the daily needs of the residents are met by providing physical care (which includes toileting, feeding, changing, lifting, etc.) teaching life and independent living skills, ensuring proper nutrition and maintaining a clean and organized living environment. Direct Support Professionals document daily behaviors, administer medication, accompany/transport residents to appointments and into the community where they actively participate in activities along side the residents.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Position requires a minimum of a high school diploma, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/ or individuals who are behaviorally challenged preferred, good communication skills, and a valid driver’s license/good driving history.
