NEW PAY RATE! Direct Support Professionals provide valuable, supportive care in a quality-based, motivating environment for people with intellectual, emotional and developmental disabilities in their community and homes. An essential element of this job is to convey steady encouragement to ensure the growth of skills needed for daily living; this includes establishing high-quality relationships. DSP's promote healthy living, healthcare management, and natural supports. Staff develop skills and abilities to remain calm during demanding situations, while ensuring the maintenance of a healthy and safe home environment. A perfect position for students seeking flexible hours and gaining hands on experience in all facets of the human service industry. Weekend hours required for all positions.

Minimum Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record; reliable transportation to work.
- Clean criminal background check
- Must be able to: lift 25- 50lbs with assistance; bend/squat, push/pull or kneeling without limitation.
What we offer you:
- $18.00 to $19.00 hourly
- Weekend Pay Differential - Additional $1.00 an hour
- Friday evening 6pm to 10pm
- Saturday & Sunday 1st & 2nd Shift - 8 am to 10pm
- Locations in Cranston/Johnston/Warwick/Coventry
