Key Role:

Conduct analysis to develop future concepts, track requirements, provide recommendations, identify areas of risk and risk reduction, and support feasibility studies. Support the elicitation, capture, development, analysis, and evaluation of strategic, operational, and tactical requirements. Evaluate and identify dependencies between architecture and other capabilities. Maintain requirements repositories and support maintenance and traceability of requirements. Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, conferences, and meetings to support requirements analysis. Support change and configuration management requirements. Identify lessons learned and best practices

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in defense procurement programs, including risk management and requirements management

  • 10+ years of experience in developing architectures in accordance with the formal configuration and change management processes, including participation in change configuration boards, development of engineering change impact analysis, and version control of baselines

  • 5+ years of experience in an enterprise or capability-level architecture development in support of defense procurement

  • 5+ years of experience with applying project management principles to deliver capabilities, including initiation and management of programs and projects, development of exception and routine reports, and management of work breakdown packages

  • 3+ years of experience in applying Operational Research techniques in support of Analysis of Alternatives, trade-off studies, and Course of Action comparisons

  • Experience with hypothesis testing, MCDA, experimentation, wargaming, and simulation

  • Experience with working in support of processes that were formally certified in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Project Management, or Enterprise Architecture

  • Enterprise Architecture Certifications, including TOGAF Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Project Management, or Enterprise Architecture

  • PMP, MSP, PRINCE 2, or PgMP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
