We are looking for a Front Desk Representative who confidently demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our patients. Someone who displays strong multi-tasking skills and brings a “can do” attitude to our team while working in a fast-paced environment!

A day in the life of a Front Desk Representative:
As a Front Desk Representative, you are responsible for always assisting patients, answering phones, directing call flow, and maintaining the schedule of daily appointments. The Front Desk Representative is responsible for completing all necessary front office daily paperwork.

Our dream candidate can execute the following abilities:
Front Desk Representative responsibilities:

  • Sorting and filing of patient charts.
  • Answering multi-phone line calls.
  • Directing call flow.
  • Taking payments.
  • Reconciling daily ledgers.
  • Handling company inquiries.
  • Monitoring inventory of office supplies.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Direct the patient flow within your department.
  • Operate as a hub for all patient appointments and interactions.
  • Ability to work cohesively with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational functions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain rapport with patients.
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties.
  • Complete office administrative duties and communicate and coordinate to achieve success.

  • What qualifies you?
  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications
  • Ability to process data entry.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced written communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with customers/clients.
  • Familiar with insurance procedures a plus.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
