DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at our Parmer location. The ideal candidate will have a heart for serving others with a strong inclination for outstanding customer service.
Schedule:
- The schedule will vary based on coverage needs.
- If covering, schedule is based on that department/locations schedule, which could be any time between Monday-Sunday 8am to 8pm this will NOT be everday for seven days.
- If you are not covering, typical schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm at our Parmer office weekly.
Travel:
- Locations will include our Cedar Park, Parmer, Killeen and Marble Falls location.
- Must be willing to travel to all locations as needed
- Home base will be at Parmer location from Monday-Friday 8am-5pm when not covering shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Minimum 1 year of Healthcare experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Detail oriented with strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and work independently while using critical thinking skills
- High school graduation or GED; some college preferred
- Insurance verification and authorization knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Spanish speaker is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
