Medical Office Front Desk / Scheduler

$14 to $20 Hourly

Full-Time / part time

We are a Medical Spa in Mizner, Boca Raton. We need a full time front desk receptionist to schedule, inform clients about services, answer phone calls, and answer all text messaging. Being able to use membership - scheduling system, inform clients about services and products, make before after photos and post on social media.

We are a busy growing office, we need someone that understands the importance of working at a fast pace while also being efficient.

Hours will be tuesday thru Friday 11am - 6pm, Saturdays are mandatory 10am to 5pm
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum High School diploma or higher

• At least one year of Front desk/ scheduling/ Referral experience

• Must have excellent computer and typing skills

• Must be a team player and dedicated to patient care

• Must be able to function in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Must be able to interact professionally and politely with clients/doctors at all times.

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Must have good organizational and follow up skills.

• Live in area (easy to commute)

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Must be able to carry out any other clerical/administrative responsibilities as delegated by physician and office manager.
We are looking for someone that has experience working in the front office of an MD office. Candidates MUST know how to do check-in and check-out, also, someone that is easy for you to learn the system. We need someone that is a team player and willing to help co-workers when needed. SPANISH SPEAKER IS A PLUS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
