Client Experience

Performs front desk duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, explaining service pricing, handling client sales, adjustments, and refunds within established guidelines

Maintains and updates client records including lab and release forms.

Determines client need, follows current salon selection process to match new clients with stylists for maximum client satisfaction and sales potential

Vital Signs Tracter -

Establishes goals for add on services and retail product to drive sales

Development -

Becomes knowledgedable and completes all company training programs as outlined in the jcpsalon Designer Training Program

Actively assists Mentor with basic stylist needs (shampooing, styling, treatments, walk-ins) as part of learning stylist role and assisting clients

Work Environment -

Performs baskic salon maintenace that includes washing/drying towels, sterlizing combs/brushes, shampoo area/workstations, maintains retail mercandise displays and back bar dispensary

Performance Standards

Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including but not limited to product and service sales, client service, profit, productivity and attendance, jcpsalon dress code and a happy disposition with a good attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $40.00 per hour
