Pay Rate: $21/hr
Shift: Tuesday-Saturday
- Tuesday – Thursday 10am – 7pm
- Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday 7:00am – 3:00pm
About the Company:
Job Responsibilities:
- Support all facets of nonexempt recruitment for the Southside DCs, Chino, OML, and Transportation the onboarding of all new associates
- Update daily / weekly activity report
- Peak recruitment: includes job fairs working closely with Sr. HR Mgr/HR Mgr
- Orientation
- Orientation Backup - Safety Training
- General HR support
- HR on-the-go end of shift/beginning of shift
- All other duties as assigned
Preferred/Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentially
- Bilingual (preferred, not required)
