The Little Tavern is a new restaurant located in Mukilteo. The Little Tavern is looking for a Line Cook to be part of our quality-focused kitchen team. This position requires night availability and a minimum of two years fine-dining/gastropub style experience. The right person will work side-by-side with the kitchen manager to pump out scratch 100% sourdough pizzas in our stone-fire oven & other modern takes on classic tavern dishes.

The Little Tavern is looking for someone who can handle a restaurant environment focused more on quality over speed, as well as act in a professional and positive manner in an open kitchen. Other responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, maintaining, and cleaning kitchen equipment, and keeping the kitchen organized.

The Little Tavern hours of operation:

• Monday-Tuesday: closed.
• Wednesday-Sunday: 2pm-10pm (weekends can go until 11pm)

Wage is $23/hr + $2/hr average in tips.

We offer full benefits to Full-Time employees.
