We're a Chiropractic practice focused on personal injury cases, and we're seeking a Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk Assistant to help with patient acquisition and front desk duties.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and visitors with a smile and a warm welcome
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Assisting patients with paperwork and intake forms
• Verifying insurance and billing information
• Managing patient flow in the office
• Handling daily administrative tasks
• Assisting with patient education and communication

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Prior experience is not required!
