We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on the building and its systems, as well as ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. This position requires a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Inspect and diagnose problems with building systems and equipment.
• Replace worn or defective parts in equipment and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and other equipment.
• Keep records of repairs and maintenance performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
