Job Purpose
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting PARR's growing marketing team, with a wide array of tasks, including billing, bookkeeping, payroll, administrative, project, and event support. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and able to pivot between tasks easily.
The Marketing Coordinator will sit at the corporate office in Hillsboro, OR and is currently a full-time, hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
Pay starts at $21.54 - $25.53 Depending on Experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Track all marketing hard costs and reallocate expenses where applicable
- Invoice and track vendor payments for sponsorship and co-op
- Reconcile monthly expenses between marketing and accounting software
- Reconcile rebate credits with proof of purchase during product giveaways and/or promotions
- Gather new marketing assets from product vendors and communicate with appropriate team members
- Organize and maintain the marketing asset library
- Support marketing team with projects and events, as needed
- Track and adjust merchandise display expenses and distribution, as needed
- Monitor apparel and swag order upkeep and tracking
- Track and maintain marketing check-out materials (marketing kits, event signs, table cloths, pop-up tents, pull-up banners, etc.) and event trailers
- Schedule meetings and answer the phone or email inquiries, as needed
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 1-3 years experience with Falcon (or similar POS/ERP software) preferred
- 1-3 years experience with accounting, budgeting, or bookkeeping required
- Able effectively manage and utilize current technologies, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Project Management Software, Budgeting software and ERP (Falcon)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing, financial or administrative role
- Strong organizational abilities, including planning, implementing, and managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Must be able to operate a personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and any other equipment necessary for the job
- Class C driver's license or reliable alternative transportation required

- Ability to work cordially, professionally, diplomatically and with a high level of customer service in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in dealing with sensitive business matters with internal and external customers of all types. Must maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all information related to company finances and records, particularly, cost of goods purchased and sold.
- Ability and willingness to identify processes, tools and/or procedures that may be improved upon to improve the workplace and outcomes for our customers.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees at a high skill level and speak effectively in front of groups. Communication can include, but is not limited to: in-person (verbal and non-verbal), written, e-mail, telephone and public speaking to medium size groups.
- Strong focus, planning, organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, and do what is necessary to meet deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Conditions
The primary working conditions are in an office environment with a computer. The schedule is expected to be Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week minimum, with the potential to be a full-time in-office position.

- Ability to work indoors in a normal office environment for an entire day
- Must be able to grasp, talk, hear, and operate a computer and keyboard
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds and carry objects 50 feet
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to drive a vehicle when necessary
- Both local and overnight travel may be required
