Touchstone Bernays is seeking a talented three to eight year attorney experienced in personal injury defense litigation to join the firm. Insurance defense experience is a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking substantive work in an exciting environment.
Principal duties include:
- Interacting with clients
- Preparing reports
- Handling discovery
- Attending hearings
- Taking depositions
- Legal research and writing
- Assisting with trying lawsuits

Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
