Property Manager (Part-time)
Job description
Small boutique hotel looking for a person that can work part-time (roughly 4-8 hours/week) as a property and general manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of the property and grounds frequently and communicate with the maintenance team of anything in need of repair
- Oversee daily operations and staff
- Responsibility over some administrative work
Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing properties
- Flexible schedule (Looking for mainly weekend availability but weekdays might be needed as well)
- Extremely detail-oriented

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
