As our Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern Territory, you will be responsible for sales of Bakery products within an assigned region. Responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining foodservice line of products into client base within specific region. Retains existing clients, grow relationships with new/potential clients, and ensures the utmost of integrity while representing The Cheesecake Factory Bakery (TCFB) in these and all other relationships. In short, increases sales through excellent client relations and new client development, while maintaining the highest possible integrity.

Responsibilities
Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
- Seek out new opportunities and sell TCFB products to appropriate foodservice partners.
- Manage existing customer relationships to maintain and grow current business.
- Meets, and/or exceeds annual budgeted sales goals.
- Responsible for having excellent product knowledge.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers so as to ensure high retention.
- Manages and controls all associated costs within Company guidelines and policy.
- Works selling and seasonal selling shows in region, as needed in support of local brokers.
- Conduct customer and broker reviews to evaluate progress and adjust go to market plans and provide regular reporting as needed.
- Target and develop relationships with Regional Accounts to increase brand exposure and achieve sales plan.
- Manage the business by developing sales plans and opportunities for the market and brokers, participating in distributor sales meetings, and executing the sales programs.
- Implement and ensure compliance to foodservice distributor marketing programs.
- Work closely with Dot Foods on targeting and acquiring new distribution opportunities.
Qualifications
What we require:
- Minimum of 5 years selling experience in foodservice distribution and regional account sales.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, as well as excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivator, disciplined, strong work ethic with high integrity.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel.).
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Professional demeanor and maintains a professional dress appearance at all times when representing the company.
- Participates in industry relation functions as required.
