The ideal candidate will have management experience and familiarity with Alzheimer's, dementia, perineal care, transfer techniques, bathing and med passing. Additional qualifications include:

This position will require complete oversight of senior living community

• 5 years of staff management- EXPERIENCE A MUST!!
• Experience with managing high level of acuity and staff of 25 or more
• Able to work rotational weekends/on-call
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Assisted Living or Independent Living Experience Preferred
• Must be able to assist covering shifts
• Provide patient care when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
