Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Lake Nona is seeking a Spa Associate. We are looking for individuals that can ensure that our customers experience the absolute BEST our Spa has to offer, from feeling pampered and relaxed, to therapeutic relief of their pain. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• * Likes and is confident in selling memberships *
• Comfortable and Proficient at computer booking system
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Sales Mindset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa booking system (will train) and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Employees safety comes first and we have strict covid-19 cleaning protocols in place to keep everyone safe. We provided all PPE safety items daily, air filtration system, strict cleaning protocols and required temp and health screening test daily.
