MUST HOLD ACTIVE CMT LICENSE IN STATE OF RHODE ISLAND !!!!!
- We are a small assisted living facility in Pawtucket
38 bed facility
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
WE PROVIDE ALL PPE NEEDED. Residents and staff tested twice a week as well as monitored daily for covid symptoms. Temp checked 3x daily, and hands sanitized before all meals. All visitors are required to show proof of vaccination.

- North Providence, RI 02904: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
