Rogue Risk is seeking a full-time inside Insurance Advisor for Commercial Insurance. We are looking for someone who is hungry and motivated to grow personally and professionally by joining a young, driven company hellbent on changing the small business insurance marketplace. This person will be a rockstar inside Insurance Producer who loves to sell and wants to win!
Their job will be to connect with, listen to, and help small business owners in order to develop the insurance program at the right price for their specific needs through phone, text, and email. This person is confident, adaptable, quick learning, positive, loves working as part of a team and is enthusiastic to contribute in unforeseen ways beyond just sales as needed.

Qualifications
An ideal candidate will have at minimum a H.S. diploma (or equivalent), be licensed to sell insurance in the US., MUST have the ability to use a computer to conduct sales presentations and have great customer service skills to assist in developing and growing a client base. Additionally, any offer of employment would be contingent on a clean background check.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
- Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
- Work and follow up with warm referral leads via phone, email and text
- Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
- Cultivate trusting relationships and cross sell additional lines of insurance
- Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
- Ensure timeframes and deliverables are met in the sales process
- Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
- Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records
- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
- Fulfill all policy requirement
Skills
- Proven working experience as an insurance agent or relevant experience
- MUST hold a P&C license
- Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical, worker’s comp, general liability, etc.)
- Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
- Proven ability to work with and achieve sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 – 4:30
Salary: $42,000 - $45,000 per year
