Are you Great on the Phone and in Person with Customers and Contractors?
Are you Familiar with QuickBooks Online Accounting, payroll and File Keeping?
Are you Computer Tech Savvy: Windows, XLS, Pdf, Word, CRM-Lead Perfection, Hatch etc...?
Are you a Self Starter and Solution Finder?
Do you have Reliable Transportation?
Are you available to work 9:00am - 6:00pm M-F ?
Are you Willing and Able to do any office task without hesitation or being told?
Can you manage customer concerns calls?
Are you familiar with the Construction business? We track all receivables and payables with QB online. You will be trained to input into QB as instructed by our Accountant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
