We are currently looking to hire an individual that has very strong mechanical skills and a general understanding of plumbing, electric, and basic carpentry. This person should have the ability to work quickly and thoroughly without being supervised. The applicant needs to be a self-starter, detail oriented, and organized.

• Basic General Maintenance
• Basic Plumbing
• Light Electrical
• Light Carpentry
• Detail Oriented
• Self-Starter/ Self- Motivated
• Organized
• Works well unsupervised
• Able to lift/ carry/ push-pull up to 50lbs
• On-the-job training available for light repairs of gas dispensers and carwash maintenance
