TURNER, a full-service public relations and digital communications agency specializing in travel, outdoor, wellness, lifestyle, and spirits brands, is seeking a Junior Account Executive (JAE), Social Media. Candidates should have 1-3 years of social media and influencer program experience with demonstrated results. Experience working in the lifestyle and travel industry preferred; our ideal candidate will be based in New York, but we are open to Denver, Chicago or remote. We currently work from our offices on a hybrid schedule, two days per week in office.

This role will assist in crafting, disseminating, and reporting on the client’s social content across several platforms, as well as assisting in copywriting, monitoring and client comms.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the social content calendar; create timelines, create/distribute/post content, and manage deadlines
• Assist in copywriting when needed
• Monitor social channels and source relevant user generated content
• Build positive relationships with clients and act as a key resource on social best practices
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities discovered via social listening and make impactful recommendations
• Monitor results of social campaigns and compile reports
• Demonstrate an understanding of the social media landscape and how to use social channels to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Research ideas for client programs to determine feasibility and create relevant competitive analyses
• Manage different social platforms including Falcon, Sprinklr and Brandwatch

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience in Digital, or Social Media Management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding and interest of social media platforms and their target audiences/capabilities
• An ability to write social-first content
