Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions offer immersive, guided travel experiences for families, friends, individuals, and couples to explore the world's greatest destinations.

The Land Licensing Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all global itineraries are cleared to operate including 500 itineraries with up to 70,000 departures for One Day Tours and over 100 itineraries with up to 2,000 departures for G Adventures. You will manage follow up actions from internal audits. Support IT security audits with licensed partners and GSAs. Manage roll-out/administration of digital subscriptions. Assist with ongoing data reconciliation questions between National Geographic Expeditions and Land Partners. Assist with tracking monthly departure debranding/cancellation for Land Partners. Assist with future travel credit questions.

Frequent domestic and/or international travel and auditing tours will be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all itineraries are operated to National Geographic's minimum standards and guidelines including Security/Risk Management, Animal and Activity Vetting, Insurance. Itinerary inspections.

• Work with Licensee to ensure all Itineraries are manned with branded Guides and that National Geographic training is conducted and completed.

• Support National Geographic content development that can be utilized across partner product lines to reinforce the National Geographic connection including digital subscriptions.

• Maintain post-tour scores, audit tours/inspect itineraries and manage any guest issues, liaising with internal parties and partners.

• Manage contracted complimentary spaces from Land Partners and sweepstakes/competitions and support other legal agreements including actions from internal audits.

• Prepare sales reports, process invoices and payments for all expenditure and request Royalty reports and raise invoices.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in preparing land tours to operate from a Security, Health & Safety, Compliance and vetting perspective.

• Experience of operating tours on the ground.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with passion for detail.

• Thorough understanding of Land Tour Operating or Shore Excursions.

• Excel skills and data analytics to manage reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Tour Guide or Leader.

• Exposure to itinerary development and educational enhancements.

Required Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
