BlueTriton Brands is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Cabazon, CA. This role will partner with our site teams to provide HR consultation, training, and support for a facility that operates 24/7.

Key responsibilities:
Execute staffing initiatives, support facility with overall labor budget management
Ensure sustained compliance with all company, California, and federal guidelines
Champion change management efforts through continuous improvement, leadership training and development and employee engagement
Create and lead strategies to support and enable a positive work environment
Serve as a coach to leaders on their development and on employee relations issues
Facilitate talent, compensation, benefits, and training programs
Provide on call support to the 24X7 facility for critical issues as needed Qualifications

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Human Resource Management or related field, SPHR or PHR certification preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a Generalist capacity Prior experience in manufacturing or the consumer products industry desired
Experience working through complex and sensitive employee issues
Model the highest degree of ethical behavior and maintain confidential information
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels in all functions
Excellent communication, presentation, program management and consulting skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data and identify links in details to make fact based conclusions
Deals with ambiguity and change effectively and demonstrates a balance of courage and risk in decision making
Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work self-directed with a sense of urgency
Takes a customer focused approach to the needs of employees and leaders
Ability to provide 2nd shift coverage on a minimal basis, take after hours calls for critical issues and work weekend coverage once/quarter
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) and business management software, SAP preferred
Occasional travel for regional meetings or support of other sites/locations, as needed

Pay Range: $119,274.00 - $150,495.00. The pay for this position is competitive and will commensurate with experience.
