• Lead recruiting delivery efforts for North America and EMEA.
• This is a working leader role; carrying reqs is a requirement
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to recruitment staff.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting and sourcing methods and strategies with a focus on diversity and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR on joint processes like onboarding.
• Perform work in alignment with Lattice’s mission and core values.
• Create recruiting team goals in alignment and support of Lattice’s MBO’s.
• Adhere to the organization’s policies, procedures, and other relevant compliance needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

You have proven, advanced knowledge of recruitment functions, processes, procedures, and best practices. You understand selection methods and recruiting techniques. You have working knowledge of the ATS and understand basic reporting. You know how to apply various online and offline sourcing methods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR or relevant field with 8 years of talent acquisition experience in high growth organizations.
• Experience creating metrics-driven, consultative recruiting strategy.
• Strong influencing skills at all levels of the organization
• Flexibility under pressure and demonstrated ability to produce results.
• Working knowledge of ATS, talent tools, social media, and employer branding practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of cold calling, networking, and public speaking

Nice to Have:

• Experience with intern, university relations and MBA program development
• Project Management experience with strong problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of compliance issues relative to OFCCP, EEOC and SOX
