Year Round Position

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Senior Ice Cream Server to join our team at Three Pugs Creamery in Wrentham, MA. As a Senior Ice Cream Server, you will play an important role in providing a warm and inviting experience for our customers. This role offers a great opportunity to perfect the art of customer service and provides a competitive salary of $17 - $18 hourly, plus tips. We are looking for a team member with a flexible schedule that is available to work days, nights, or weekends. $17 - $18 hourly plus tips

• Perform general opening and closing procedures, including first shift prep work, balancing cash drawer, and generating daily sales reports
• Project a positive, friendly demeanor toward customers and team members
• Provide guests with a welcoming, enjoyable experience by offering outstanding customer service, responding to general inquiries, anticipating customer needs, and making product suggestions
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe food-handling environment
• Track inventory of food, disposables, and cleaning supplies
• Order and receive weekly deliveries from vendors
• Participate in training of new employees

• Previous food service or customer service experience
• US Work Authorization
• At least 18 years of age
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and the capacity to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to take initiative and assume additional responsibilities
