Clarity RCM is a fast-growing medical billing company specializing in end-to-end revenue cycle management for private dermatology practices nationwide. We’re looking for a stellar individual to join our growing team. This is a remote, “work from home” position. We offer highly competitive pay and benefits. Duties

• Work closely with remote billing and coding team, communicating regularly via video conference and phone to proactively solve problems and improve overall productivity

• Provide exceptional client support, gathering detailed requirements, following up on open items and exceeding expectations
• Communicate directly with clients, which include practice administrators and physician-owners, serving as a trusted resource for all billing needs

• Analyze claims, explanation of benefits, correspondence, payor website and/or any additional information necessary to identify the next appropriate action toward resolution.

• Gather information from clients and internal sources to determine EDI, ERA, and EFT setup requirements. Generate EDI agreements for electronic claims, ERA, and EFT for eligible payers.

• Develop and maintain a best-in-class process for onboarding new clients.
• Keep up-to-date with CPT and ICD-10 changes and other regulatory laws or movements in regards to medical billing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in medical billing. Must have experience working with third-party payers.

• Knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-9/10 codes, HCFAs, HCPCS, NDCs authorizations/referrals

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent customer service skills. A big part of the job involves working directly with our clients at private medical practices and providing them with exceptional customer service.=

• Excel proficiency. Ability to analyzes data for trends and makes recommendations for improvements

• Comfort level with EMR systems. Experience with Modernizing Medicine and/or EZDerm is a huge plus

• Prior experience in dermatology is a huge plus.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
