Française - A French Lifestyle goods shop in Coronado is looking for full time front of shop specialists. MUST be willing to work weekends.

Product specialists help our guests understand the stories behind the items we have in the shop. Everything is unique and beautifully curated bringing our guest a taste of French lifestyle. We are looking for people with the right attitude not necessarily with the right resume, although that is nice! Minimum 5 years of work experience is requested.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Ensuring that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of Guest Service
• Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements
• Assisting in processing and replenishing merchandise; participating in receiving and monitoring floor stock; ensuring re-wraps are done promptly
• Adhering to all Company policies, procedures, and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention
• Accurately and efficiently completing all sales transactions and maintaining proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers
• Communicating Guest requests to management
• Accurately using the Deputy software for timekeeping
• Perform light cleaning duties within the shop
• Performing other duties as assigned

If you can read French or understand spoken French, and/or speak Spanish this is a particular interest for the role, but not mandatory. A passion for the look and feel of the shop is a must. Very beneficial to go in and experienced the shop in person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
