About This Role:
The Risk Management Specialist plans, designs, monitors, and implements the processes and programs associated with the Enterprise Risk Management Program and Business Continuity Plan.

Essential Job Functions/Tasks:
- Creates, implements, and manages all aspects of the Enterprise Risk Management Program.
- Creates, implements, and manages all aspects of the Business Continuity Plan. Including testing and evaluation, identification, and analysis of the impact on the business various adverse events. Provides documentation and training.
- Reviews financial data and other information related to business operations.
- Gathers and compiles data related to risk from internal and external resources. Presents risk analyses to management, making recommendations for action.
- Identifies potential risks by analyzing data, observing processes, and talking to staff. Assists in developing risk mitigation strategies and implementing them.
- Connects with Risk Owners and leaders regarding risk controls and timelines for completion.
- Supports the Environmental Health and Safety Team with incident and emergency response.
- Assists in preventing, identifying, analyzing, handling, tracking, reducing, and controlling risks to the company.
- Processes and responds to workers' compensation, liability, and other legal and insurance filings and adjustments.
Education/Training Required and Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or industry-related area required.
- Master’s degree or Certificate preferred. CRM/ARM, ISO 31000, CBCP, or ISO 22310 certification preferred.
Experience Required and Preferred:
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a risk, safety, business continuity or industry-related field.

The salary for this opportunity ranges from $66,800 to $101,200
The Company complies with all federal/local/state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
