Conveniently located in the heart of Waterford Lakes Town Center (10 minutes south of UCF), Affinity Med Spa & Wellness Center is a dynamic and fast-growing practice.

We are looking for a smart, results-oriented & accomplished Front Desk Receptionist, along with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

As a Front Desk receptionist, your primary job is to make sure the practice is running smoothly by incorporating the mission and values of the company in everyday decisions & tasks.

You will work closely with the Owners to implement innovative strategies in a healthcare setting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New patient experience management
• Answering multi-line inbound phone calls
• Insurance verifications and treatment estimates
• Patient tours of the office
• Scheduling appointments
• Patient communication via phone calls, texts, and emails
• Fulfilling patient requests
• Handling & processing payments & refunds
• Manage communication & practice management software
• Support to the clinical team
• Administrative tasks including faxes, scans, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
• Entering & reporting on office & department statistics
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
