POSITION: Title III Summer Program Instructors
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 6
LOCATION: TBD
START DATE: July 5, 2023. Summer position only.
PROGRAM DATES & HOURS: July 5, 6 & 7(W/Th/F) July 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27 - 8:30-12:30pm. Summer position only.
STIPEND: $2880/$40 per hour
SUMMARY: Direct student instruction time and planning time (planning time is not to exceed direct instruction). Instructors must submit a log of activities to the Director of Humanities and the Arts Instruction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Planning appropriate proficiency-level lessons in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
- Acquiring necessary resources for instruction
- Grouping students for instructional purposes
- Overseeing instructional assistants for student support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed as a MA DESE Teacher, English as a Second Language
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
