Job Summary

Majestic Auto Glass is seeking a motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized to help in our accounting office. The job involves monitoring and provide follow ups the company accounts receivable, reconcile client accounts and inventory transaction reports. Prior accounts receivable/collections preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead a two locations team and researching status of bill payments
• Follow up communication to clients to collect on open invoices.
• Reconciling client accounts
• Process Client Refunds
• Special projects
• Conduct meetings

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Attention to detail a must

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Must be organized

Ability to multi-task

Must be able to prioritize

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21-22.00 per hour
