JOB SUMMARY:

The Data Processing Clerk is responsible for the day-to day processing of data submissions, such as production orders, invoices, billings, payments and other batch jobs according to multiple business schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Process ACH payments and research errors in different internal and external databases that prevent payments from transferring.

· Perform backup procedures to reduce risk of data loss.

· Verify data submissions for accuracy.

· Resolve and troubleshoot problems affecting data processing functions.

· Maintain/distribute inventory logs, period end/quarterly reports, etc. accordingly.

· Interact with cross-functional teams to process and integrate related data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or GED required.

2. 1+ year(s) experience with databases and/or technical systems preferred.

3. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

5. Must be able to work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, and approximately 6 hours on Saturday(s), every other month. Saturday work may be open to remote flexibility upon successfully completing training.
