Duties of Dietary Aides:
- Perform a variety of foodservice functions in maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of food service areas, facilities, and equipment.
- Help prepare food for residents.
- Serve meals to residents.
- Set up and take down dining areas.
- Wash dishes.
- Assist with kitchen maintenance and general cleaning.
Qualifications for Dietary Aides:
- Some high school
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of handling and serving food preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relating to food handling preferred
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings and every other weekend
