Job description

The Estimator is responsible to develop and provide wall panel and roof/floor truss estimates to the sales staff for commercial projects. Information provided to the Estimator may include architectural drawings and structural drawings, specifications from architects and engineers and verbal directions from the customer. The Estimator will use MiTek and CAD software to produce all commercial estimates. Experience working in the construction field and working on-site building commercial buildings is extremely valuable. A strong understanding of framing concepts and construction techniques is also extremely valuable. The Estimator will be responsible to manage estimates for multiple projects and must be able to successfully ensure compliance with many different deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour
