As an IT manager on the Enterprise Monitoring team, you’ll be part of a team that is driving the success of monitoring customers across the enterprise scale. You’ll support a team of DevOps engineers and systems analysts aligned to business knowledge areas to help understand business use cases that will drive the adoption of the capabilities within their areas. Your team is responsible for driving usage, adoption, and realizing the value of Enterprise Monitoring capabilities. You’ll support a mixed Scrum/Kanban team of about 10 with an aligned product owner reporting to you as well as a supporting business analyst and scrum master. You’ll also be driving organizational strategy in collaboration with a domain architect, service manager, and product owners. This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for an meeting and/or training.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery
- Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted
Preferred skills
- Experience with managing a team with ideation work and supporting strategic thinking
- Managing multiple customer viewpoints strategically
- Possess an Agile methodology mindset with leadership experience managing teams progressing in their maturity.
- Experience ensuring that skills, process, and technology are in place and focused on the needs of the customer.
Compensation
- $118,350-$144,650/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
