Maintenance Assistant
Crestwood Health Care Center, a long-termed care facility has a challenging opportunity for an experienced, energetic, result oriented Maintenance Assistant to be in charge of the department.

This “hands-on” position requires organization and leadership/management experience preferably in a nursing home facility. Duties to include:
1. General knowledge of heating, air-conditioning.
2. Basic knowledge of construction and repairs.
3. Knowledge of electric wiring and repairs
4. Diagnosis of plumbing and repairs.
5. Skills in painting and touch up repairs

• Employee must be self motivated, works independently, and must have their own tools. Employee must be available to work on-call as needed.*
