Blue Ridge Boat Rentals in Morganton, GA, seeks an office attendant to join our 11-person strong team. We are located at 7715 Old Hwy 76. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

We are open from 8 am to 8 pm every day from March until September. You are required to arrive at 7 am to set up and prepare for customers to come at 8 am.

Responsibilities

• Open the office, ensure all lights and signs are on.
• Check in customers through our booking system.
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers, and assist in helping them make a booking.
• Straighten up merchandise and office space throughout the day.
• Sign out customers when they return from their day.
• Collect and sort receipts into the proper filing cabinets.
• Create a "launch sheet" daily before you leave to prepare everyone of the boats going out the next day.

Qualifications

• Must be 16
• Must be able to work on weekends
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to work in a high intensity job environment.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace.
