We are hiring this full-time role for our soon-to-open Tooele store location. Training will be done in nearby store locations, most likely our SLC store.

Our Respiratory Therapists are people who enjoy helping others and a difference in their patient’s lives. They are knowledgeable of all respiratory equipment and supplies provided by Alpine Home Medical, are responsible for competent, efficient, and friendly set-ups, equipment training to patients, and safeguarding company assets while in their care.
This position requires a Respiratory Therapist license that is current, valid, and unrestricted for the State of Utah, as well as current licensure with NBRC, and an associate degree.
**This is a full-time role; and workload will be split between our Draper and Salt Lake locations**
Role Responsibilities and Duties:
- Setting up all respiratory equipment and supplies efficiently. Most are completed in store office.
- Responsible for managing all PAP device set-ups, NIV, cough assists, and Bi-Level Respiratory Assist devices.
- Responsible for oxygen service and maintenance program.
- Providing clear, customized instructions to patients.
- Following up on all PAP therapy.
- Providing clinical respiratory services, including O2 titrations, NIV management, data interpretation, and sound recommendation.
- Arranging for cost-effective, efficient routes for delivery.
- Having knowledge of supplies, prices, and reimbursement issues.
- Observing confidentiality at all times.
- Performing other duties as deemed appropriate by management.

- An associate degree, Respiratory Therapist license, and current licensure with NBRC.
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a big plus!
